A great Pre-Game can make a Great Party that much Greater! Bottles and good ratio of Women are great but when you throw in a Great Music playlist in the mix and bring everything together so much better. That’s why ItsTheRatPack.com Presents to you “Up to it, Down to it” Mixtape!
While we are talking about drinking, I think it would be good to share some ways to avoid “Tapping Out” or having a bad hangover.
- Hydration and Food: Be sure to stay hydrated before you start drinking and most importantly make sure you eat unless you trust “Morgan’s Theory on drinking”.
- Bananas: That’s right eating at least two bananas before drinking. The Potassium in bananas helps prevent hangovers in the AM.
- Move Around: Ok, you’re at the pre-game and you’re on cup #3, time to get out of that seat! Sitting down and drinking makes you get drunk faster, all drinking legends know they are good as long as they space to move around.
