Morning: One hour of cardio Elliptical machine, running outside or on a treadmill.
Evening workout Warm-up: 50 Jumping Jacks on a 3 count,
Find two points (maybe 15-20ft. apart)
Start @ point #1 Sprint to point #2 do 20 push ups
Sprint to #1 do 10 sit ups/ lunge to #2 do 15 push ups
Lunge to #1 do 15 sit ups/ Soldier kick to #2 10 push ups
Soldier kick to #1 20 sit ups/ Side Squat to #2 5 push ups
Side Squat to #1 25 sit ups/ Bear Crawl to #2 25 Squats
Bear Crawl to #1 30 sit ups/ backward lunge #2 20 Squats
Backward lunge to #1 35 sits ups/ Bunny Hops #2 15 Squats
Bunny Hops to #1 40 sit ups/ karaoke to #2 10 Squats
Karaoke to #1 45 sit ups/ sprint to #2 5 Squats
Sprint back to #1 Drink Water
One hour of cardio (Elliptical machine, run, etc.)
Followed by 10-15 minutes stretching.
